Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Frequently Asked Questions - Refunds and Returns
Can I make a change to an order?
We work hard to process orders quickly for fast delivery. Once an order is received, gifts are prepared right away, so changes or cancellations cannot be made within 48 hours of the shipping date.
Holiday Season – For orders placed during the holiday season (November and December) for delivery before Christmas, we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes, but we cannot guarantee it due to the high volume of orders.
Can I exchange or return products purchased online?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products. Non-perishable items can be exchanged at our head office, as long as the gift is unopened and in its original packaging. Exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. How long do I have to exchange or return unopened products?
Unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date.
Can I return food items?
Due to health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products.
Can I return non-food items like baby gifts or spa gifts?
Yes. Non-perishable items like baby gifts or spa gifts can be exchanged in person at our head office, or we can arrange pick-up or delivery if needed.
Are the products sent individually wrapped for food safety?
At Unpredictable Gifts, we pride ourselves on selecting only the freshest, highest-quality items. Although food products may be photographed opened for display purposes, the items you receive will be individually wrapped to maintain freshness and meet food safety standards.
Do you make product substitutions?
We may make substitutions of equal or greater value if necessary to ensure timely delivery. While we aim to send gifts exactly as shown, sometimes unforeseen circumstances (such as a product being discontinued or a packaging change) may arise. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and build a lasting relationship with you, and this commitment guides everything we do at Unpredictable Gifts.
